A little bit about me

Kia ora, I’m Suia - Owner of CoastLab since Dec 2022.

Why take over a community focused shared working space? I am so glad you asked... My love for people (at least 99% of them), my background as an Event Producer which also included running the Events Team & developing formats at Factory Berlin, a large scale co-working space and Innovation Hub. And obviously because of the bottomless coffee situation.

The goal remains to provide an energetic working space that offers a place for community and collaboration on the Hibiscus Coast. Connecting people, knowledge sharing & networking - and of course top notch events.

I’m passionate about creating a sustainable, eco-friendly work space full to the brim with colour - all about community and supporting women in business, creating an inclusive space for meaningful connections. Now for the less serious but still important stuff: I’m into the arts, a mentor at Coast Mentoring and a full-time snack butler to my 4year old. Come say hi - but make sure it's before my 2pm coffee crash.
