Co-working is primarily aimed at the self-employed, freelancers and creatives, along with small and medium-sized businesses that appreciate flexible workspaces in an inspiring and communicative environment that doesn’t require investment in infrastructure or deposits.

    We offer month-to-month as well as longterm contracts, whatever works best for you.

  • We have a great community of sole traders, creatives & business owners to connect with - or not. We also have an amazing coffee machine and regular after work drinks.

    Your subscription also comes with free access to our networking events which we run in different formats. Check out the different ones here.

  • We offer month-by-month contracts for permanent & part-time desks as well as longterm solutions. 10-day Concession passes are valid for 3 months from purchase date.

  • If you have a permanent or part-time desk subscription with us, 100%. Register your business at a prime location business address.

  • Unfortunately due to the nature of the building, we only have access to the second floor via stairs/ But if you need assistance coming up, we are here to help!

  • We have fibre high-speed wifi connection or you can choose your own ethernet connection.

  • Permanent & Part-time subscriptions receive invoices on a monthly basis. Meeting room bookings for external can pay online via credit car or via Invoice. Hot Desks need to be pre-booked online and paid via PayPal or stripe.

  • Absolutely. You can either purchase a ticket for the event of interest to you or book a yearly subscription.

  • Yes. Black and white printing is free for subscription holders. Colour printing is 0.15cent per page.

  • Of course, permanent & part-time subscriptions can be switched at the end of each chosen term – regardless of whether you wish to upgrade or downgrade. Just get in touch hello@coastlab.co.nz

  • Of course. CoastLab is your professional home and is thus often the best place for meetings with customers, colleagues and others. Out of consideration for other co-workers, it makes sense to book a conference room for pre-planned or longer meetings.

  • Yes. Even though the co-working atmosphere is communicative, most people want to be able to make phone calls undisturbed. The level of background noise is comparable to normal open-plan offices and talking on the phone at a "normal" volume is completely acceptable. Should you wish to be undisturbed, we have set up the ‘zoom room’ that you can easily book via our booking app.

  • Unfortunately not. If you decide to go away for longer, you can cancel your subscription to the end of term and check in to see if there is a free desk on your return.

  • Yes they can! This depends on availability. Get in touch and enquiry here.

  • Yes, including workshop and pitches! You are welcome to approach us to see how we can help make your event ideas a reality.

  • Yes, we have both win each space including the meeting rooms as well as a fresh air ventilator.
